I choose to be a member because…

I relocated to the Bay Area from the East Coast 6 years ago. When I came here, I knew no one professionally. My goal was to find an organization of health care professionals with whom I could network and learn. A work colleague at the time (who is now also a current board member) suggested I look at WHCE and invited me to attend a program with her. That one encounter was all it took for me to be hooked.
